That's a good point, but it doesn't necessarily mean that Hemi WOULD sell other assets without notifying us. A possibility, yes, but not a given.
Personally, and I don't expect this to apply to anyone else, but I got the impression that SEK was sold as it was not serving it's purpose. But that the company was looking to further growth, and not in a 'fire sale' mode.
