Facts:


> A Hemi shareholder recently met and had luch with KAA in the DFW area.
> KAA has not provided any update since 01/2009
> Positive, Negative or Nuetral, the current status of Hemi has not been verified by management, but it does not mean that Hemi is not viable.
> Hemi still has assets, likely well in excess of value than the current .007 PPS reflects
> Hemi is up 1400% since its low was established in Mid December 2009.
