its no different than any other stock on the market , you just place an order with your broker and buy shares at the ask price .
the diference here is that we want everyone to hold tight to your shares so we can make the MM's cover their short position and we sell to them at the price we think the company is well valued.
i.e. CDIV we will start selling small positions @ 0.25+ depending the way it is trading.

one good advice i could give you is that you go directly to the stocks discussion board and read some posts and ask questions during trading session so more people can bring you up to speed.
