I realize that this has most likely been laid out here in the past, but according to the Berlin Sun, this is what we have to look forward to for the next 8 months:
"As its next step, the SEC must now hold a public informational
hearing on the application in Coos County within 30 days. Within three months, the various state agencies ruling on part of the application must report progress on such issues as draft permit conditions and data requests. That is followed by adversarial hearing or hearings involving the state agencies and intervenors. Final decisions by state agencies must be submitted to the SEC within six months, giving the committee two months to come up with its final decision".
The public informational hearing should be held by Feb.25th.
Out of curiosity, anyone familiar with any of the names on the subcommittee?
