Looks like the only way tom can stop the NSS is to roll it into an uplisted shell ASAP. Otherwise I am not sure he can stop the decline. The MMs and other have shorted so many shares that it is almost impossible for them to cover them. The have to be forced to cover them - the only way I know is to roll it into a shell
