MINING FINANCE
The Mining Finance created by CMIG has its exclusive managing concept and operating mode.

Its managing concept is:
To reach the aim of value increases in assets and stock rights through the benign circle of CAPITALRESOURCESASSETS
CAPITAL RESOURCES ASSETS and frequently by financing ways and means.

Its operating mode is displayed in the following three mechanisms:

Resources-Activating Mechanism. The mining resources, except an extremely few portion which is under development and exploitation, have not yet been used financially. CMIG will, with the mining industry as a platform, use various financing ways and means to activate the mining resources, getting them capitalized, converting them into bonds and securities so that the resources may promptly become working capital.

Equity Trading Mechanism. CMIG will promote the Equity Trading Mechanism in the mining industry. It has a plan to work in on-line cooperation with some well-known international and Chinese equity trading centres, enabling the Chinese mining equity to enter the path of ¡°Open Trading¡± and ¡°International Trading¡±.

Stock Right Replacing Mechanism. CMIG will adopt flexible, accurate and legal ways to equivalently replace the stock rights of each mine, so as to acquire win-win value-increasing opportunities. In the meantime, such a replacement will also produce good conditions for stock expansion in Mine Restructuring, Mine Purchasing and Mine Listing
