On a more serious note, been reading about Ruyan Group Holdings and their patent struggles with another company called Shenzhen Islion Technology (SIT). Supposedly the later was producing similar e-cigs which caused a patent infringement on Ruyan Group's patent. o they went to court, damages needed to be paid by SIT etc.

My question is... how is our patent (which still needs to be accepted in alot of countries?) strong enough to beat the competition? Why won't Ruyan sue us eventually, like it has brought judicial action towards NJOY and Revelle...
