This is my question
If according to the most recent filing
As of December 3, 2009, the Issuer had 30,455,187 shares of common stock issued and outstanding
And they have
Capital stock; $0.0001 par value;
100,000,000 shares authorized
,
That leaves 69,544,813
They registered 65,000,000
Which anyone who is being honest will have to admit were most probably sold into the recent pr blitz, leaves them
4,544,813
They also said that
We believe we will need to raise capital of approximately $300,000 to $350,000 through either debt or equity instruments to fund our operations for the next 12 months. However, we may not be successful in raising the necessary capital to fund our operations. In addition to the amounts needed to fund our operations, we will need to generate an additional $500,000 to cover our current liabilities for the next 12 months
That $800,000on the lean end
Thats roughly 133,333,333shares at .006 if they are unable to borrow the money against the business.
Where are those gonna come from?
