he talked about the upgrade, but says it cost money, and he has to raise the money first.

He did state that the 1st quarter report would be out by the 15th of feb.

As far as ROI, i asked him about that and he stated that he can't control when the bond holders sell (that is when he said there is only 23mil shares left in bonds). I then told him that if he releases a pr that he wants to raise the ROI and then the ROI falls and falls that he raises uncertanty in his abilities as the CEO, and in return shareholders would sell. He said he understands but can't control previous contracts.
