Removing Monday's PR from the website is a bizarre occurrence. Since it was already released on the public wires, they can't un-ring that bell.

It's interesting that they issued another SEC Reg FD (Fair Disclosure) 8-K on the PR, meaning that they had disclosed material non-public information contained in it prior to the PR. To whom are they pre-releasing material non-public information? Financiers? The Bellwether Report? Select shareholders? All of the above?

FWIW, I don't see anything particularly "material" in the PR.

Monday's PR also announced an order of $1.2 million from Wencor/APS that added up to $2.2 million in orders place in QE 12/31/04. It's odd that they have been unclear about the source of the $1 million order (with a $500K deposit) announced 2 weeks ago, which most assumed was from Wencor/APS although the customer was not named.

IMO, e.Digital would make a great reality television show with its public and mystery cast of characters along with the continuous drama and intrigue.

Hmmm, maybe I've come up with a way for the company to finally become profitable.
