Thanks. I'm not familiar with the layout of this site, so getting my feet wet. I figured the hottest thread was the most well read thread, thereby getting the best response to my concerns. It wasn't a question for the admin but for the audience, those whom are being asked to finance this start-up.
Being burnt by more than one dotcom has left me on guard
