Thanks Murphn! It strikes me as irresponsible that they would go within an hour of the Sheriff's Sale. What if the phone lines go out? What if the Sheriff is out of communication for a time? While I do not believe we will go all the way to a Sheriff's Sale,
I find this kind of risk way to high, considering the time given to work things out. There are other negotiating chips besides the juvenile threat of breaking your baseball bat and going home.
