Once this news gets circulated I believe the PPS will start moving up. May take a couple days. Technical indicators were looking great and just awaiting news. I think this news should move the PPS, more than the filing itself. Further news of additional projects could send the PPS on a sustained upward move. This is great news, hoping investors react react positively to the news.
