Although the pps is down since launch, it should come back once the company is able to add the Level 2 feeds. I spoke to Ben this morning and the company is working to remove the PayPal account requirement prior to the L2 additions which, would be announced in a PR. I believe that once the barriers seen yesterday [PayPal] are removed those people will be back.

The company is also working to iron out any other wrinkles identified so far which, I am told, are very few.

Perhaps, as one member posted, it is best these issues get taken care of before the full RT platform is offered. Since it is currently being offered at no charge, you could view this as a mass beta-test.

Trust me, I am forwarding all concerns to the company, and they are listening and making changes.
