I have tried to read the explanations of this filing but it makes me sleepy. It appears to conclude that delmar does not need to file because there are to few of us investors to worry about! Sorry to say it, but looks like we have another fish in the basket this morning. Looks like another $240.00 donation just came in. If someone can clarify this action please DO! All is just my opinion.
