We need NEWS to justify higher stock prices. Of course "good" news. However, charts show that the stock should be able to reach 30-33 cents. First break higher occurs after if the stock goes to 10 cent bid. Good luck, but chances are VERY high according to charts of a breakout especially with better volume we've seen.
