No shit, IF Uptick Rule comes back in February Dow 12000 by March in my humble opinion. I mean they used it's repeal to bidwhack the Dow down 6000+ its return should mark a few 1000 rally.

Everyone and there brother was crying for the return to a even playing field and bring back the uptick rule when dow was 6500, but as market rallied the hamsters in the cage had a real short memory. Good to see the pressure to restore it return.
