IMO, people should not get too caught up in today's pps. It was a limited release and there were tech support issues due to power outage. One of our members was on the phone with support when the outage occurred so it is verifiable. Not many technology launches go glitch free. I know from my conversations with Ben, most of the new subscribers were added without problems.
