I disagree. The IP will be a success, but as to whether or not NEOM will be is at best 50/50 (IMO more like 80 no, 20 yes)

YA is doing just what they want. Rape, pillage until there is nothing left. Force NEOM into BK... then sell the IP to the highest bidder and give the retail holders of shares the finger as the door closes.
