There's a trust issue here. Many of us were caught off guard with the share structure mess. Yes, I knew there were conversions to be done but I don't think anyone expected an increase to 1.8 billion. Regarding these new contracts, I believe that the market is proceeding with caution. The guys in charge have not given them a good reason to jump in with both feet. I do believe that this stock is still undervalued but we have trust issues here. Trust and investing must go hand in hand, hopefully the company will do things from here on out in order to regain investors confidence. It would go a long way towards improving the PPS.
