Tekoil & Gas Corporation has a Disclosure Statement hearing on February 4, 2010. Approximately 30 to 45 days after that we will have a Confirmation hearing, at which time if we have funded the company under the terms agreed by the Creditors Committee in the Tekoil bankruptcy, we will emerge from the Chapter 11 and push forward with our re-development plans. If funding is not obtained, the Company will be forced into Chapter 7.

We still have our Exploration License in western Newfoundland thro' May 2010. We will apply for an extension of that license upon successfully emerging from Chapter 11.

That's about all I can say at this point. We appreciate your support and will continue to work diligently on your behalf.
