Very difficult to prove. With jared company the writing was on the wall. We discussed this way back during the pump. Leased warehouse, second hand Junk equipment, a couple of real but really bogus contracts, temp employees, on and on just like MIKP is doing now. Mikp is much worse so I expect some to be trapped also. Mikp only asset is his mouth. LOL
