zigzagman, I believe you may be looking at the definition of "shortly" differently then Mr Garza since it is very subjective and not a definitive point in time as say 4 minutes, 4 days, 4 weeks, 4 months, etc.

It can be relative to your current thought, as 1 month is relatively short compared to 11 months from now.

I, myself, agree with Mr Garza that one month is a short time compared to what could be a year.
