No doubt that VTPI has made some shareholders upset as do many other Pinksheet stocks. Your suggestions/DD is well taken; I'm just not sure the suggestions/DD will stop the PPS from moving up as was proven by the last run. Your post below talks about VTPI share value going closer to .0001 everyday but the PPS is slowly moving up and hasn't come close to .0001. I am just trying to find the credibility in these pessimistic predictions.

By the way I do my DD and posted the post below so I am in agreement with what the filings say. There is no hiding those facts and why would any shareholder want them hidden. Full transparency is what I look for in a pinksheet company but it doesn't mean these growing companies can't run and they may never see .0001.
