DukeOBass, I think that you are on to something when you speculated that Clear may be in some part dependent on MDGC's technology.

These minute long discussions should give you insight into what MediaG3/Imperial Wireless is doing; business wise. Keep in mind that, per their PR releases, MDGC had a direct role in creating the Portland WIMAX System.
