I'm sure with a nifty bank balance they could spend $3,500 to update pinksheets information :) or hire a real IR/PR guy instead of the moron "Frank" that currently does it.. or correct their address information on brokerage firms and news outlets.. or get a real address instead of a PO box.. or use a real domain instead of yahoo.com for email.. or get real office space instead of Tom's house in FL... or get more then just a license agreement with brick & mortar shops.
In fact, Tom is SOOOOOOOOO good with money that he failed to pay his ex wife child support in the sum of $8,600 & had a warrant out for his arrest in 2005. It took the threat of jail time for him to lighten up and finally pay what he owed. What a successful business man and great model of a human being!
Have any of you guys bothered reading Tom's track record? The guy is a scam artist.. a crook.. found GUILTY of fraud in a court of law. Frank also shares the same charges, as they were in court together. Tom has PROVEN he's not a changed man because he's doing the same thing he's always done with his past pump & dump companies, followed by a resignation.. the SAME thing he's doing now, and even if that is just a rumor, the rest of his actions and the behavior of this companies matches all the rip off schemes he's come up with before.
You can't ignore this.
HESG has NO revenue besides the stock they dilute and the $1.75 a month they get from advertisement space on their website. So, unless Frank is outside their townhouse on Village St. selling lemonade or girl scout cookies, that's IT.
Tom is too busy managing his other scam companies like DSNM.
People have posted great, positive things about HESG and I even admit I've posted a few myself when I supported this company. But posts like this and many others have a RIGHT to be here to inform investors about the pro's and con's of giving Tom Gaffney their money. To only post one side of the fence would be highway robbery. People have a right to know so that they can make a fair decision.
