I've noticed an update on pinksheets.com about the A/S and O/S numbers. The numbers were updated on jan 6th, 2010. To my regret I see that the A/S is maxed out. Does anyone know since when this is the case?
Do we have to expect an increase in the A/S ? So now we have to hope that Identa is selfsupporting or at least break even to avoid new dilution. Volume is to low to assume Identa is buying back shares.

We just DON'T know too many things about Identa. That is why I considered the poll about the PPS from end of december 2009 pretty ridiculous. As far as I know, we did not even know the O/S that time.

This can end up in a faillure or a success I think, nobody knows for sure at this time. Sad, but true.
