But it appears to me that something is changing here. New Funding in place withing 90 days. SEC financial filings to be brought up to date for 08 and 09 within 90 days. Several new patents approved for subsidiary Hydra. Possibly production to start by April or May on 21 million in back orders.

Can someone give me a synopsis of why they think this is a good prospect?
