How the heck did you think they would use the oil wells with no value, a PV10 from many years ago in exchange for 50 million shares and that payment due was going to trick anyone into buying this on a hype? I do not see where the hype could have come from! Helen Keller could have spotted that one. Who was left to hype it? Regan was gone, Sam was not in control of the company and Scott had the patents in his name. We were a empty shell company for a bit with no value of any kind and NOTHING to hype.
