Unless there has been a change since way back, Elan gets a royalty in addition to the manufacturing rights (presumably at some defined mark-up).

ELN had their hands on this drug a long time ago. I believe the SR technology is still ELNs.

On ex-US sales, Biogen pays Elan whatever is due, so ACOR keeps that payment stream.
