Or how about the entire Obama agenda which this is an out growth from.
My personel opinion is that this sort of this is so Un American. Cap and Trade can not stand in this country. Taxing is not a cure for something that really doesn't exisit. I don't pander to the entire Global warming hystera.
I think what this is based off of will be just another nail in the anti Democrate agenda.
