O.K; I talked 2 mngmt. just now & here's what they say........

Before I get started , let me say that; I wasn't able to get up to Extreme Bio this week due to the weather & illness and they have other priorities for next week.....not sure when I'll be going up there at this point.

I called & RT answered....he then handed-off the phone to a major investor (Bill Edwards) who is also a consultant to the company. This guy is 'all business' and is on-top of all ENTK issues. Although he talked to me at lenght & was willing to answer any-&-all questions I put to him , he is much more 'guarded' in his responses (I suspect he is the SEC lawyer they've retained---a 'take-charge' kind-of-guy). For the 'important' questions , he kept mentioning that it will be coming in the form of a PR at the appropriate time , from now on. That tells me that I'm no longer the backdoor spokesman for ENTK (and thats fine by me). He does seem pretty savvy in the way of stocks and seems to be taking the right approach from little what I can see. If all that I was hearing was fact , I suspect we'll be seeing more verifiable 'meat' starting a few weeks from now...lets hope so. "Financials 'first' , great news and PR campaign afterward".....thats what I see as the secret for success here and it sounded like Bill Edwards was of that same mind.

*Addressing BiodieselOne's accusations (post#27829):
Extreme does do business w/a source in San Diego, delivering &/or picking-up yellow grease (I didn't get that quite straight). "Thats it"....per Bill....nobody is "salting-the-mine" so-to-speak.....he also responds that 'all' the following accusations are patent 'lies': (quoting BiodieselOne here):
"and then BUYS biodiesel to bring back to Extreme to sell of as if they made it. Scott was and does brag on how the guys there have no clue about biodiesel and that the plant will only produce about 1500 gallons a day. Also there is NO contract with Extreme and ENTK that has been signed. In fact I am supposed to meet with one of the major share holders very soon. I told you all this was not for real."

In support of this rejection of BiodieselOnes accusations , here is an actual rebuttal from Extreme Bio I just received via Cc: from RT: (*note: I was given permission to post this from RT):

Scott's willing to post something to support us if you wish. Below is his initial response.

Rick, what do you think about a response something like this:

A laughable attempt at tainting a great partnership through lies by a bitter disgruntled ex-employee who secretly wasted company assets while trying to learn the biodiesel trade until his deception was discovered and he was terminated. Now unfortunately he has nothing to do but try to make others miserable like he is since he never learned how to make spec fuel and his reputation is ruined. Hence the anonymous posts.

RT says he is looking into taking legal action for defamation of character and slander against BiodieselOne.

Now on to other topics;

*In response to Punxy's question: Extreme Bio is currently in a holding pattern in relation to actively producing fuels. They are waiting for the $1.-- Fed.Tax Credit issue to be resolved before re-starting and while they're waiting , RT says the Fire Marshall is asking for a few corrections to their plant , which they are working on now. [my note here--apparently the algae & other 4K gal/day source are still dependent on the $1.--credit to stay in the 'black'.....they don't plan on re-starting till the credit is restored ].

*In response to "Greenman's , Homeruns & Redmooose's" questions about filings: (note that I tried to be a little 'annoying' on this subject in hopes of giving them a polite kick-in-the-butt on the 'financials'....I even brought up the subject of fewer iHub 'boardmarks' to make my point): Bill Edwards tells me that their accountant is working on ENTK's Q4 '09 Quickbooks right now and the rest are done (from what I understand). He tells me that they expect the 'filings' to be posted by mid-February (*not engraved in steel). He says they're ultimately focused on trading on the BB but will do the Pinksheets thing for now. *I encouraged him to post something sooner , hopefully by 1/31 (*per our hopes), but he pretty much discounted that , saying: "we're more interested in building up the core business ahead of disclosing accomplishments to date" ....or words to that effect.....I pressed him on this but........'thats it' for now. He repeated the mid-February date more than once.

*Website.....Bill says the revamped website is 80% complete and will also be up in mid-February....he says it will have a new IP address and will be a far more sophisticated website w/a 'lot' of pages (I'm not going to quote the # of pages but it was 'a lot').

*Other topics........as mentioned , Bill Edwards is far more 'closed-mouthed' about inner-circle workings and I didn't get anywhere in trying to get up-2-speed on the current status of some past topics.

I think thats all......near as I can recollect for now.
