I have NO argument with any of the facts you've stated. Truly. We ALL know what happened.

BUT..this simple fact ALSO is that Megas was asked, yet again, to file and to submit an answer. He did neither, and the stock was revoked. That is a FACT, regardless of what happened previously being screwed by the DTCC, etc.

any you can be guaranteed that the defense counsel will hammer that point home. EVERY time an obvious argument to OUR advantage is brought up, they'll bring up the 'you didn't file and you got revoked' issue.

That's why many of us who DID send $$ in are so f'n pissed off. How damn hard would it have been for Megas to at least RESPOND to the request and not let the stock get revoked? Really. just give me a straight answer, and don't cover it all up with the 'it wouldn't have mattered anyway' argument.
