it's stunning how many people have forgotten about the 'ball is in Megas' court' part. IF this goes to trial, and I was on a jury..the FIRST thing I'd be asking is "why didn't you file like you were asked to??"

I hope this lawsuit does happen. but, a good defense attorney will shred the case.

Team SEC: Why didn't you file or answer our questions within the 10 days as requested?"

Team Megas: "because every time I did what you asked and gave you want you wanted, you found an issue and wanted more"

Team SEC: So..why didn't you give us what we asked for?

and on and on the circle jerk will go.
