i think some people may fail to realise...that chang owns a nice chunk of vspc shares already. why would he want more??? i think the reason they are taking their sweet time with the deal is because chang is willing to work with the company on finding an alternative financing to pay him off. hes limited to the amount of shaares he is allowed to sell per month...now imagine they paid him another 300 million shares of vspc...it would take him forever to get rid of it all, and i dont think he wants that.
