Received a PROMPT e-mail from VIPR IR ...

won't repeat word for word but they are consulting with an attorney regarding issuing a PR stating the "attainment" of $1 mil or the completion of the 504 - by early next week is the timetable.

>>> Now if they are "consulting" wouldn't it make sense that it is about FINISHED!
