I am also being cautious too. But I know merger WILL HAPPEN. In fact, about to happen in two days. Ever since I took big lose two weeks ago, I became extra cautious at everything now.

I also invested heavily into this. I did my own DD without relying on other's opinion. I concluded that this company is real. Merger is real and done deal. Nothing is scam or misleading. And next week, we will be taking a ride to the moon.
