Discrepancy on close .30 or .31?

I see the last 6 trade executions just before 16:00 being .31, and one execution right after 16:00 being .31, yet the Last Trade is showing 0.30.

Unfortunately we did not get any real news released on this today as we expected. It would have helped some, but not sure how much compared to how the market as a whole was selling off.
