I do not own shares anymore. I bought in last week and got out with a modest loss. I have been monitoring since but have decided that this is not a good buy right now cause Tilton refuses to address any pertinent issues such as details on direction and dilution.

I think this is just a PUMP and Dilute SCAM.

I have posted my findings and my thoughts. GLTA

I will check in periodically to see if things change! DOUBTFUL.
