"Sinopec wants Offor out and want his piece of ERHC (they dont need him)..."
Sinopec may not want or like SEO, but they still need Nigeria. Therefore they will not want to piss off the bankers, politicians or famillies of all the above because they dislike SEO.
These Nigerian entities are probably pressuring Sinopec to come to terms with SEO, because they too, have the internet and are on the Rolls Royce web site choosing the interior colors of their dream cars.
Therefore, as long as SEO is on board so will Nigeria (a good controlling bunch of Nigeria anyway) will be on board. Sinopec will have a "come to Jesus" moment, one way or the other.
We all see the smilling faces, but I believe the on going knife fight in the phone booth is hidden from view.
