Recieved SEC Responce,,,

Thank You for contacting SEC,,,,, Please note CPRK filed an exemption from the registration requierement of the federal securities laws pursuant to Reg. D of the Securities Act of 1933
It appears that CPRK no longer trades on the Pink Sheets,,, In fact the Pink Sheets has issued a STOP/NO INFORMATION order which indicates that a company is not able or willing to provide disclosure to the public markets,,
