I will admit I haven't analyze the process, but there are issues no matter which way you meant your comment to read. If the bottleneck truly is at the beginning of the process, created by the lack of floatation cells, are we sure that the 6 additional cells brings us up to the ideal capacity of the screens and final stage? I can't image the rest of the process being able to keep up with 6 additional floatation cells unless the initial design was very much under built.
What does the 6 floatation cells do for us if the end stages of the process can't handle the additional throughput?
