I sold all, luckily at .37. Yeah, very lucky huh? Anyway, that PR sounded very uncertain.. I know these Pinks are risky, but a one man show with $500 bucks, who stated in the PR that they may not make it as a going concern if they don't raise more capital. Too risky for me at the current price. If it was like .004 I might take a gamble. Also, if they do file BK, the assets go to debt holders first, then shareholders if there is anything left. If he needs capital, he can either issue shares, or find a willing investor somewhere. And you can bet the loan will be collateralized with any assets they have and possibly include preferred shares or something. I don't think there is anything in it for us. JMO If he files BK, this thing will drop. Imagine all the people that owned it at .79 just a couple months ago? This was the first and only and last stock I bought after getting an email "alert" that it was so going to explode. I think they meant implode. I'm lucky I got out with minimal loss. I know of others who didn't. Good Luck
