I believe that you are forgetting who owns the oil, and it is not Sinopec, it is nigeria and SaoTome. they will not be sitting around for an Offor and sinopec games. In fact , they will probably be putting out the results themselves and telling these guys to go to *$&%. THey have about gone as far as they can go here. they do have a country to run and the faster they get more oil coming in the better their revenue. It is a business after all.
