Thanks,robjer. That was my understanding until I discussed it with my brother who works for the IRS. He suggested I call them for a confirmation. I did. I explained to the woman that I set up my Roth in 2002 and did a conversion in 2009. She said there's a separate 5 year term for each conversion.
I did another conversion in 2010 and I have to wait 5 years for the earnings to be tax-free. By then, ERHC may hit a buck. LOL.
