look if the reason to not release data is too drive the price down its working .holders are wearing out BUT THERE IS NO LESS OIL THERE NOW THAN YESTERDAY maybe there is a bluffing game going on between the chinese and offor maybe the plan is not to let us know the data for months it doesnt matter the oil is not going anywhere
