ORDER TO STRIKE

Defendants Stephen Carnes, Lawrence A. Powalisz, K&L International Enterprises, Inc., Signature Leisure, Inc., and Signature Worldwide Advisors, LLC filed initial disclosures pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a). Doc. Nos. 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46. These filings fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5(d)(1) and Middle District of Florida Local Rule 3.03(d) concerning the non-filing of Rule 26 disclosures. Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that these documents be STRICKEN and will not be considered by the Court.
