Nope. Ameritrade and two other brokers still hold a large short position in SYNJ. The other two brokers paid the divis to their clieants with more and even more short shares. Ameritrade will not do that for what ever reason, but I think it is because they know SYNJ will climb fast in pps with the loan or grant news(not to mention news on projects we hav'nt even had a taste of yet) and they don't want to be caught any shorter than they already are... How does this happen? They traded SYNJ directly between themselfs and by-passed the clearing house. Happens all the time between brokers. The divis realy furkkked that up for them, So the problem now is fighting it out between themselfs to see who is the one who shorted who the most and pay up so we can pay the divis.. I know Brian and company paid all the divis that are due, so don't put this on the company. When news does come to fruition there will be a bit of a short squeeze here, and I will be here for the fun.. Unless of course they don't get any kind of funding, and thats what the short position brokers are hoping for. IMO
