Technically your right because StrikeForce is an independently owned and run MMA Promotion with its own history and its own assets.

But!!! As I understand it! In the deal between Proelite and StrikeForce Early in 2009 where Strikeforce bought certain Limited assets from Proelite which were primarily the roughly 40 Contracts of the roughly 150 Contracts Proelite owned and it also allowed Strikeforce to negotiate its own TV Network Brodcast Deal with Showtime and CBS, it in return paid Proelite a capital amount which Proelite also used to Payoff its Debt to become "virtually Debt Free" and also included "a portion of that revenue" that Strikeforce would earn as part of the Showtime Network TV Broadcast Distribution Deal and this would happen until at least 2012. Showtime would remain a shareholder in Proelite with the same stake in Proelite and Strikeforce would also License the ShoXC Brands and other Trademarks from Proelite and pay for the licenses.

So I say go Strikeforce! Make Proelite some more money! It's all good!
