I think you are right somewhat in your point of view. But let put it this way...he might me pumping or whatever it is but to report it to the SEC? He might be lying or he might just share his opinion from another source or what he heard. I am not backing him up or anything... I just feel ..it's not necessary to report anyone. If the buy out is true...it's nice of him to share...so everyone can made money...(but no one will give him a dime if they made money). But if they lose money...it's all his fault? Why is that? Happy trading piano. And GLTA.
